Build with public social profile data
Look up public creator profiles through a consistent response format. Choose how fresh a result needs to be, see its fetch time, and connect it to your own research workflow.
Choose a guide
Begin at /docs/quickstart. Then explore /docs/profiles, /docs/batch, and /docs/caching. Use /docs/authentication and /docs/api-keys for access management, /docs/saved-creators for shortlists and export, /docs/usage for credit history, and /docs/errors for recovery guidance.
Start with a profile lookup
Create an account, generate an API key in the dashboard, and make your first request from your server. POST /api/v1/profiles accepts a platform, handle, mode, and freshness. Read the profile guide for an authenticated example.
Choose a supported platform
Profile lookup accepts ten platforms, listed in the profile guide. Live Bluesky profiles use its public API. Live public profile lookups are implemented for Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, Snapchat, LinkedIn company pages, Twitch, GitHub, Mastodon and Bluesky. TikTok has not passed a live access check from this server region. Public sources can rate limit requests, restrict access, change markup or vary by region.
Know what a result costs
A successful fresh live profile lookup uses one credit. Eligible cache hits and sample responses use zero. Failed lookups do not consume customer credits. New accounts receive 1,000 free credits + 5,000 to earn. Credits never expire. Each response includes cache status, credits charged, and fetch-time metadata.
Explore without using live credits
Use mode demo for clearly labeled illustrative profile data. Demo is the default if mode is omitted; use mode live explicitly for real lookups. A demo result describes the response shape and is not a fetched profile.
Use the API contract
The machine-readable OpenAPI document is available at /api/openapi.json. The dashboard also provides a playground, saved creators, CSV export, request history, and API key management. Public GitHub resources, Bluesky feeds/posts, and Instagram post/reel details are implemented. Full comments and media-download coverage remains planned; see /docs/resources and /docs/coverage.
Current live engine availability
Public profile live access varies by deployment. Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, Twitch, Apple Music, and YouTube live routes are disabled in production pending source-specific authorization or resale review. GitHub, Mastodon, and Bluesky live routes remain subject to source availability. Public-page extraction can fail on rate limits, access restrictions, markup changes or regional blocks. Browser fallback requires the worker to be configured and running. No competitor API or social-account login is used.
